Brewpub near at A&D building

The brewpub Here Today filed plans at the Ainsworth & Dunn Building in the fall of 2019. Then came the pandemic. But now contractor Metis is finally readying the space for occupancy. The pub will go in the new south half of the waterfront complex, at 10 Clay St., overlooking the railroad tracks and Alaskan Way. SHKS Architects designed the pub interiors, spanning about 3,000 square feet. It'll also have some outdoor seating. Experienced local restaurateurs Anu Apte-Elford and Chris Elford are running the pub, with no announced opening date.
