SEATTLE — A triangular property in the Rainier Valley sold last year for $1 million to a local investor and broker. The abandoned old Rainier Farmer Market building at 2119 Rainier Ave. S. was soon thereafter demolished.
Now there's a new seven-story self-storage plan from Jackson Main Architects. It hasn't yet entered design review.
