Bode plans initial 650 units for Lincoln Towing yard, with possible phased development

The family-owned Lincoln Towing yard spans over 5.7 acres. It's been eyed for development since at least 2017, with various parties offering plans — then walking away. It still hasn't sold. The namesake towing business is merely a tenant, since the family sold that over two decades ago.
