Industrial building sells for over $24M

MALTBY, Snohomish County — The fairly new OSW Building, at 20812 Broadway Ave. in Maltby, recently sold for $24.5 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was DeNoma Maltby Properties LLC, which acquired the land in 2017 for about $2.7 million, then developed it. The DeNoma family founded OSW 22 years ago, then sold the business last year to Federal Signal.
