Alexandria's eleven50 is 90% leased, and set to open next year

Future tenants will be able to look up from their microscopes to assess the traffic on I-5.

Alexandria Real Estate Equities broke ground at 1150 Eastlake Ave. E. in January of last year. Targeted at life-science tenants, the 12-story project — dubbed eleven50 — is being built by DPR Construction. Gensler is the architect.
