Davis Property & Investment is building Pacific 167 Logistics on speculation.

Davis Property & Investment secured an $18 million construction-to-permanent loan for its Pacific 167 Logistics project, which is under construction at 541 W. Valley Highway S. in Pacific, adjacent to Valley Truck & Equipment.
