URG puts $102M into Denver office properties

The two buildings, northwest of Denver, are about 80% leased.

Urban Renaissance Group announced its recent acquisition, with a partner, of two office buildings near Denver, where it's been steadily increasing its footprint. What are known as the 380 Interlocken and 390 Interlocken, on Interlocken Crescent , are in Broomfield, which is about midway between Boulder and Denver.
