PSF building sells for almost $13M

TUKWILA — The PSF Mechanical building at 11621 E. Marginal Way S. sold last week for a bit under $13 million, according to King County records. The seller was Heartwood Properties LLC, associated with PSF management, which acquired the property in 2013 for $4.1 million.

The buyer was Salyx LLC, associated with the owners of True North Gear, which makes make protective clothing and gear for firefighters and the construction trades. Public records indicate a loan from Banner Bank.
