Walsh Construction buys Columbia City site

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A Columbia City parking lot at 3829 S. Ferdinand St. sold last week for a little over $3.7 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was 1440 Jackson Investors LLC, which is associated with Walsh Construction Co. No new plans have been filed.
