114 Bainbridge units trade for over $65M

Looking northeast, the new park at far right is partly hidden. The green patch at left is now townhouses; those aren’t part of the recent sale.

The fairly new Blis, at 747 Hanami Lane N.E. , sold last month for $65.5 million. Newmark announced the deal, and represented the seller. That was an LLC associated with original developer Sound West Group and partner Olympic Property Group, a subsidiary of Pope Resources, the famed timber company.
