Looking west at the unnamed project, it’ll have excellent light-rail access, plus light-rail views.

Sept. 20 will be the first design review for apartments planned at 3211 Martin Luther King Jr. Way S. Lowe plans to buy the nearly 2-acre assemblage, which is few steps south of Mount Baker Station. The tracks run directly east of the site — most of which is now owned by the Jorve family. (JLL is its broker.)
