Topgolf plans addition at new Renton driving range

Topgolf will add a new 7,000-square-foot retail and restaurant building.

The stacked driving bays at Topgolf began welcoming golfers this summer. That followed a very short construction schedule at 780 Logan Ave. N., just east of the Boeing plant and south of The Landing. Beck Group was the architect, and ARCO/Murray the builder. Ground work began in the summer of last year, soon followed by the steel for the three-story, 56,000-square-foot main west building.
