$6.8M sale for Renton Walgreens

RENTON — A Walgreens at 275 Rainier Ave. S. in Renton sold for nearly $6.8 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Walgreens entity Waltrust Properties, which acquired the property in 2000 for $2.8 million, not long after the store opened.
