187 Bel-Red units planned near station

This view looks southeast at the building, as if from Northup.

Plans emerged early last year for a possible new Bellevue apartment building at 13013 N.E. 20th St., near the future Bel-Red/130th Station. That came from the longtime landowner, the Andonian family, and Jackson Main Architecture. A new team stepped in this summer, suggesting the family will sell the retail/office complex on the corner of Northup Way and 130th Avenue Northeast.
