Close on the heels of soliciting a developer to raze old student housing on campus, and put up more modern dorms, the University of Washington and its broker have announced a new and geographically larger initiative. Unlike Haggett Hall, where a new 800-bed replacement is sought, this initiative spans four properties off the main campus. For the most part, they're older garden apartments.
