This very outdated view looks northeast at the Hardy assemblage (orange). To the south, the block labeled No. 4 is now being completely redeveloped in two separate projects. No. 7 is the Anthem, on Yesler.

In a previously unreported $16.5 million trustee sale from April, a First Hill development site at 1203 E. Spruce St. has changed hands. The DJC first reported in December that Hardy Development's 12th Avenue assemblage for what it called First Central Station had been foreclosed by lender Broadmark Realty Capital.
