Retail complex trades for over $7M

ARLINGTON — Smokey Point Plaza, a retail property at 3405 172nd St. N.E., sold last week for nearly $7.2 million, according to Snohomish County records. The sellers were local investors who acquired the property in 2019 for almost $4.9 million.

The buyer was Smokey Point Properties LLC, which is associated with Arlington investors. Its brokers were Ted Wood and Levi Sterley of Lee & Associates team. The deal was worth about $289 per square foot.
