175 Fremont units take shape around landmarked offices

Tenants in the main south building (right) will have views of the undulating roof below.

The landmarked Shannon & Wilson Building, at 3670 Woodland Park Ave. N., isn't going anywhere. But the butterfly-roofed offices, now 60 years old, will get some much-needed TLC after an anticipated sale to Pollard Entities. Following roof repairs, new systems and other deferred maintenance, it'll probably end up as offices, retail or even a restaurant.
