Architect taking over US Bank space

SEATTLE — Crews from BNBuilders are on site at 723 First Ave., the former location of a US Bank branch, constructing tenant improvements.

An architect, most likely LMN Architects, is set to establish a workshop in the 6,608 feet of space that has been empty since the bank vacated in 2019.
