Proposed 42-story Belltown condo/hotel takes new flag

The Terminal Sales Annex would protrude from the facade, with a roof deck on top.

Nothing much has changed at 1931 Second Ave. but for the branding of a long-planned hotel and condominium on the corner of Virginia Street. Before it was to be Eaton House, but the owner recently announced it as a Langham instead. Both are brands used by Hong Kong-based Pacific Eagle, which is run by the Lo family.
