Stockbridge buys Kent industrial site

KENT — An industrial property at 26402 79th Ave. S. in Kent has sold for over $5.6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was a member of the Henson family, which runs Henson Co., the commercial masonry contractor. It acquired the property in 2005 for $725,000.
