El Centro buys Federal Way property for almost $5M, with 208 units planned

Looking south, El Centro only bought the two south parcels (No. 1 and No. 2). Its offices are left (east) of parcel No. 2.

Pattison's West Skating Roller Center, at 34222 Pacific Hwy. S., recently sold for $4.9 million, according to King County records. The seller was an LLC associated with the Pattison family, which had owned the property for decades.
