Holland now leasing apartments in latest Denny Triangle high rise

Looking south, peeking out at right is Holland’s crane for The Ayer, The Ivey’s companion on the same half block.

Almost exactly three years ago, Holland Partner Group began construction at 2019 Boren Ave. in the Denny Triangle . Now dubbed The Ivey on Boren, its 44-story, 393-unit tower has begun leasing. It received a temporary certificate of occupancy in August.
