From grocery store to liquor store to video store to hi-fi shop to .... apartments?

What most still call the Definitive Audio building, at 6206 Roosevelt Way N.E., appears bound for sale and demolition. It began life as a Safeway in 1939, and occupies a corner that's now zoned up to 75 feet.
