17 Capitol Hill units sell for nearly $5M

SEATTLE — An apartment building at 215 Boylston Ave. E. sold last week for $4.8 million, according to King County records.

The seller was The Blake Apartments LLC, associated local investor/developer Jim Snelling, which acquired the land in 2003 for $450,000 then several years later developed it. (The project replaced an old rental house.)
