Legacy Partners targets next large Redmond site for apartments

The new plan would add to the 22,804 Redmond units underway or in planning, per Kidder Mathews’ recent market forecast.

Legacy Partners and related entity MGRM LLC already have one big Redmond project underway near the future downtown light rail station, Redmond Square, with around 623 units and retail now under construction. Now, about two blocks north, a second multifamily plan is being contemplated at 16110 N.E. 87th St. That's just south of the Bella Bottega shopping center, and would replace the old Marbella Center retail complex. It spans nearly 2 acres, most of it parking.
