From Staples to sutures in Lynnwood?

The big box store seems doomed, with some kind of medical facility to follow.

In two related Lynnwood deals during recent weeks, the Staples at 3011 196th St. S.E. has changed hands twice. First, Vestar sold it via an LLC to the nonprofit medical provider MultiCare Health System for about $10.1 million. (Vestar had acquired the big box in 2019 for about $6.5 million.)
