$14M sale puts Redmond business park under one owner

The building with the white roof, south of Building F, has sold. Meta (Facebook) is leasing Building D.

The Park at Willow Ridge just got a little bigger, and a lot more attractive for possible redevelopment. King County recorded the $14 million sale this week for the building at 12226 134th Court N.E., in the very northwest corner of Redmond, near Totem Lake.
