Pan Pacific hotel in SLU changes hands

The Pan Pacific part the 2200 Westlake development, which includes individual condos, parking garage, the Whole Foods and other retail.

The Pan Pacific Seattle hotel, at 2125 Terry Ave., sold yesterday for about $51.2 million, according to King County records. The topline price was $70 million, but with a very large personal property deduction for the furnishings, etc. That came to about $18.7 million.
