Blume sells 206 SLU units to Security Properties for almost $104M

Looking north, the two-building complex has decks that face west to South Lake Union.

The two eponymous apartment buildings at 624 Yale Ave. N. sold on Friday for just over $103.9 million, according to King County records. The seller was 624 Delaware Yale LLC, which is associated with original developer Blume Company Real Estate.
