StoryBuilt increases apartment plan to 150 Roosevelt units

As the DJC first reported in July, developer StoryBuilt is planning an apartment project at 6220 Roosevelt Way N.E., which most would call the Speakerlab corner. That land hasn't yet sold. Now it's increasing the possible project footprint and scale by adding the Definitive Audio corner to the south. That could yield a seven-story, 150-unit building with associated parking, plus some likely retail/commercial space.
