316 Everett units sell for $92M

The Winsley, at 9900 12th Ave. W. in Everett, recently sold for $92 million, according to Snohomish County records. The seller was BREIT TA MF Walden Pond LLC, associated with Blackstone and TruAmerica, which acquired the property in 2018 for nearly $68 million. It was then called Walden Pond.
