Vector deal clears path for project

MARYSVILLE — As the DJC first reported in August, Vector is planning a 203,000-square-foot speculative project dubbed Twin Lakes Logistics. Late last month, Snohomish County recorded two separate land sales worth $6.8 million.

The buyer of record at 15955 39th Ave. N.E. — a new address — was CRP/VDC Twin Lakes Owner LLC, which is also associated with Carlyle Group.
