Church and neighbor enlarge site for 28-story SLU apartment tower

The half block comprises four parcels with four separate owners. Two are now collaborating.

As the DJC first reported in September, Union Church is planning to redevelop its property at 415 Westlake Ave. N., in the heart of South Lake Union. The 28-story apartment project, designed by Weber Thompson, isn't yet in design review. It could have around 330 units. The church plans to return to the new building, after it finds a buyer or partner.
