Central Area site sells for $2.8M

SEATTLE — A future development site at 2123 E. James St. sold for $2.8 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Dunning Properties LLC a family group that had owned the property for decades. It now has an old four-plex, which covers about 25% of the property.
