DESC pays nearly $3M for Interbay site

The project will be DESC’s second on the same stretch of 15th Avenue.

An office and retail building at 2626 15th Ave. W. sold last week for $2.9 million, according to King County records. The seller was Interbay Real Estate LLC, which acquired the property in 2005 for about $1.2 million.
