Tukwila casino sold for $9M

TUKWILA — The Great American Casino Tukwila, at 14040 Interurban Ave. S. , sold early this month for just over $9 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Grand Central Properties Tukwila LLC, associated with Maverick Gaming, which acquired the land in 2000 for $493,000, then developed it.
