The planned new building would be just north of Zeeks Pizza.

Horizon Realty Advisors evidently intends to buy the corner retail property at 6010 Phinney Ave. N. , then redevelop with a new apartment building. Cone Architecture is designing the planned five-story, 37-unit project, which will have its first design review in January.
