AMLI clears rest of Belltown lot

SEATTLE — It's unclear if AMLI intends to begin shoring and excavation soon, but it's now demolishing the old Nara Grill building at 2025 Fifth Ave. in Belltown.

This summer it paid Vulcan Real Estate $33 million for the corner site at Lenora Street. Correction: It has a master use permit pending for the 44-story, 461-unit apartment tower that Vulcan and Ankrom Moisan Architects planned there.
