Everett hotel sells for $17M

By JOURNAL STAFF

EVERETT — A Holiday Inn Express & Suites, at 131 128th St. S.W. in Everett, sold last week for $17 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was EKOB, which acquired the property in 2012 for $10.3 million.
