Detailed plans yes, but no land sale yet for Yesler Terrace hotel site

Looking roughly northeast, the hotel’s west exposure would overlook Interstate 5.

On a bare patch of hillside at Yesler Terrace, Prospera Hotels and Johnson Braund are dialing in their plan for new 11-story, 244-room hotel. There's been no land sale yet at 718 Yesler Way. That may follow the master use permit; detailed building plans are now on file with the city.
