Capitol Hill Station to get hot pot shop

SEATTLE — Chinese Hot Pot restaurant Ma Lu Bian Bian has filed plans to open its first location in Washington at the Capitol Hill Station mixed-use transit-oriented development.

The restaurant would occupy 1,574 square feet on the ground level of the development's Building A, at 120 Broadway, and would face Broadway Avenue. The restaurant space includes a west-facing patio seating area. The business would share common area bathrooms with existing tenants. Co-tenants include Seasmith Wine Bar and Nekter Juice Bar. Nekter was the first business to open at Capitol Hill Station last fall.
