516 Stanwood units planned in major mixed-use project

Looking northeast, the project is expected to proceed in phases.

On a roughly 22-acre site it owns in Stanwood, West Edge Development is planning a large mixed-use development dubbed Cedarside Commons. The city of Stanwood recently said that its permit application is complete; a SEPA review is also underway. The public comment period ends Dec. 14.
