Redmond recycling yard sells for $14M

By JOURNAL STAFF

REDMOND — A recycling yard at 8504 192nd Ave. N.E. recently sold for $14 million, according to King County records. The seller was GRR Land LLC, which acquired the property in 2017 for $4.4 million.

The buyer was DTG Enterprises, which is associated with DTG Recycle of Bothell. Public records indicate a loan from MUFG Bank.
