It's been a long slog to redevelop the corner at 106 N.W. 36th St., in the far west corner of Fremont. (Some might call it Ballard, or even Frelard.) The land traded in 2014 for about $3.3 million to Infinity Investment Group, which seems to be linked to EB-5 developer North America Asset Management Group.
