Another demo plan from Vulcan

SEATTLE — Vulcan Real Estate has filed early demolition plans for an old commercial building at 501 Dexter Ave. N. That's on the corner of Republican Street, just east of Aurora Avenue North after it emerges from the tunnel.

Dickson will demolish the structure. Earthwise Architectural Salvage will save whatever materials it can from the small, 70-year-old office building. Vulcan acquired it from the city in 2002 for $516,000.
