Dunn Lumber to expand on Aurora

SEATTLE — Dunn Lumber owns a little less than an acre at and around 9250 Aurora Ave. N. With Broderick Architects, it recently filed a feasibility plan to improve the property with some new structures for its own office, retail and storage use.

The plan is not like Northlake Commons, the current full-scale office redevelopment of half of Dunn's property in Fremont.
