144 Tukwila units planned, following land sale from Segale

Looking southwest at a year-old massing study, amenities would all be on the building’s south end.

A bare development site at 4430 S. 204th St. in Tukwila recently sold for about $4.7 million, according to King County records. The buyer was Landmark Development Group Holdings LLC, which is proposing a new 144-unit apartment project with Studio Meng Strazzara. Planning began a year ago.
