Resort near Mount Rainier changes hands

One of several rental cabins at the four-season resort.

The Alta Crystal Resort, at 68317 state Route 410, sold earlier this month for about $2.3 million, according to Pierce County records. The sellers, via an LLC, were Bainbridge Island investors who acquired the buildings in 2017 for $1.8 million.
