1980s Tacoma office tower to be spruced up

The building’s new slogan is that it “inspires work and elevates life.”

Through an LLC, MJR Development paid over $41 million in January for a 15-story office building in downtown Tacoma. It was then about 70% occupied. And, dating from 1983, it was probably in need of refreshing.
